Based on the responses we got by email from the clubs and players, there are NO change to the current clothing system. Elite and Premier will still have color clothing and remaining divisions, 1-6 will have whites.]]> The BCMCL would like to explore more on the initiative of introducing Color Clothing for the ALL the divisions, before proposing a formal change in the Governing rule #39. We invite response from all the Players. Players can send their response directly to League or through club delegates.
BCMCL is considering 3 options at the moment.
Option [A] - Make it 'Color' Uniform ALL across the Divisions - White Cricket Balls for ALL the Divisions. Cost of Cricket balls may increase + cost related to color kits.
Option [B] - Keep the White Pant and introduce 'color' shirt for ALL the Divisions below Div I (I.e. Div II to Div VI) - White Cricket Balls for Elite, Premium and Div I and 'Red' Color Balls for Div II to Div VI to save money on Cricket Balls and no need to spend extra for coloring kits like Pads etc.
Option [C] - No changes to the current clothing. I.e. White Uniforms for Div II to Div VI and color clothing for Top 3 Divisions.
Above are just few options. If you come up with any other better options and the reason for it, Please share it with us.

We wish our BC team to do well in the tournament. ]]> The finals of 2011 season's Over 40's campaign were played on 10th August and the winners are West Vancouver Taverners X1.
They defeated last year's champions Anil Khanna X1 in a good sporting match.
Third place final was won by Ken Bradshaw X1. who defeated Ron Clauzel X1. Despite all the rainouts it has been an enjoyable season ,especially the Finals which as a fun time at Hugo Ray]]> On behalf of BCMCL, we would like to congratulate EOS, White Rock, Gulberg, and Surrey Kings for making the playoff in BCMCL Weekday T20. First semifinal will be played on August 9th between EOS and Gulberg CC. Second semifinal will be between White Rock and Surrey Kings on August 10th. Match will begin at 17:30 (may be start early if both teams come early). Final will be played on August 12th between winners from semifinals. All are welcome. Please come and cheer your favourite player / teams. ]]> - Teams registration is Open for 2011 Inter-Continental Six-A-Side Tournament to be held on 5th September 2011 at Stanley Park grounds.

- Team registration fee of $90 dollars have to pay by August 26th 2011. No registration will be accepted after August 26th 2011.

It was huge success. The two teams participating were the West Vancouver Lionesses vs. Anil Khanna Women?s XI. The West Vancouver women won by about 15 runs. It was a 20 over game (in fact it was extended to 22 overs) and all the girls/women were excited about playing.
